Design vs Art Weekend: Scuola Politecnica

Design and art are two different things. This blog is more about design than art, so I let you alone and recommend you to check this weekend the Scuola Politecnica di Design SPD site.

This site’s interface design is a little bit crazy but interesting, at least from my point of view. On Monday I will have another article about usability and interfaces design for you. Now, enjoy your weekend.

Design vs Art Weekend: Design Museum London

Design and art are two different things. Art and museum websites are usually crazy and do not respect design principles, but that’s what the users are expecting from these kind of sites: nonsense interface lead visitors to a game. This blog is more about design than art, so I let you alone and recommend you to check this weekend the Design Museum of London site.

The interface design changes a little bit as you navigate through the different sections. Still, this design is simple and easy to navigate.

Design vs Art Weekend: Haus Der Kunst

Design and art are two different things. Art websites are usually crazy and usually do not respect design principles, but that’s what the users are usually expecting from these kind of sites: nonsense interface and the lack of previous usability tests lead visitors to a game. This blog is more about design than art, so please visit the Haus der Kunst site and build your own opinion.

A good menu and proper wording make this site not-that-crazy and, at the end, user friendly. A simple design and an interface that attract visitors.

Haus der Kunst is one of the leading museums in Munich, Germany.
