    from a tech pov i doubt that wooden devices would last longer + must be a pain if they need servicing.
    starch, algee and the rest is cool.. what do u mean by morally incorrect?

    Land fields are also a limited resource, if we start using them to grow vegetables to produce bio plastic the space for growing food will be smaller and the price of the food will be higher. That could be a big problem for pour countries and that’s what I meant with “morally incorrect”.

    I’m not against bio plastic, I just think it is a field we have to further investigate as the advantages and disadvantages of it are not clear.
