I must confess that I like iliketotallyloveit design, it just looks good. In this site you can submit stuff you think is hot or could become hot. People promote products through a voting system, then most voted articles get a preferred position on the product list. In my opinion, this is a very good idea, and its sad that other sites do not implement this feature (the voting one), imagine having that on eBay or Amazon.

iliketotallyloveit.com does not offer much integration with other sites, but still has some common tools like bookmarking to del.icio.us, digg, reddit and misterwong. It is also easy to add comments and tags to a product; another feature that would be nice to have on eBay.

What I would criticize is the language used on the site, it is full of fancy sentences that might confuse the user. For example on the top there are tabs labeled “totally loved”, “forever loved” and “live loveit”, that’s too many times the word love. Then, on the product page, they have a link called “traceback” (am I the only one not understanding that?) and a price in the too big $100 – $1,000 range.
